"We're only tourists in this life" :: Bangkok to Phuket, Thailand Adventure Day 5

Day 5 Recap of our trip to Thailand for the Z's Turn 30!
{trip still available on Groupon- it is an amazing deal!}

On Day 5 we packed up our room in Bangkok and headed to Phuket!

I loved our Pullman G hotel & knew I would miss it!

I love the decor in the Pullman G hotel

Bye bye Bangkok, in total we walked over 27 miles in this city!

After breakfast we headed to the Don Mueang International Airport,
we flew domestically on NokAir,
I love that the planes look like birds!

I loved these leopard print anello backpacks at the airport,
I should have got one!
They were on my Thailand wishlist and they had so many good ones!

& I picked up some products at 7/11 while waiting

After a pretty quick flight we were at our new hotel,
Novotel at Kamala Beach in Phuket,
such a beautiful view!

Our room was so cute!
It also had a shower with a retractable curtain that you could see out to the ocean
😍

Our view was so pretty!

Had to start this tropical vacation with a Mai Tai of course

What I Wore: glasses- c/o Lafont, sunglasses- c/o Glasseslit, lips- Loreal x Balmain  "246 Confession", necklace- Hunt & Orchard, dress- Mindy Maes Marketsandals- Sam & Libby @ Target, bag- from market in Bangkok

I am still so obsessed with my new bag that I purchased in Bangkok!

The only additional tour that we purchased was the "Patong Night Market with Local Seafood Dinner" for an additional $45 USD each.
This dinner was at another hotel and it was disappointing.
There was not enough seafood options to be called a "Local Seafood Dinner"
and what they did have was not that great.
This part of the tour was definitely not worth the additional cost.

We headed back to town and had a couple of hours to explore the crazy Patong Beach area:

This place was CRAZY,
it is a red light district but I was not prepared...

Man, this hotel name is not playing with the sex industry,
I mean it is named "SleepWithMe"

My favorite part of the market was the trucks driving around
advertising the upcoming Muay Thai fights:

I first spotted these fish shoes at the market,
they are hilarious.

I fell in love with these yoga ladies!
I had a hard time picking just one up, kinda which I got them all!

I went with a standing yoga lady &
two pairs of elephant print shorts
& t-shirt with an elephant pocket for Charlie!

After the craziness of Bangkok, especially after our Chinatown food tour
Phuket is a beautiful place to relax!
