I asked Charlie if he was fattening me up during quarantine 

to eat me at the end like a Hansel and Gretel situation... 

This is the most accurate representation of my Summer 2020,

August Humble Beauty Opinion #81

Last Saturday of the month = my August Humble Beauty Opinion! 

My monthly subscriptions, purchases, reviews, wishlists & empties!

As per usual, let's start with my monthly subscription to Ipsy!

So far I am loving the INC.REDIBLE "Rolling Like a Honey" gloss 

& the Illamasqua eyeshadow in "Hoard' is such a pretty metallic color

I picked the Sunday Riley "ICE Ceramide Moisturizing Cream" for this month's bag,

I have been loving trying lots of new skincare this way.

I also picked up a little skin duo for $5 this month from Ipsy,

I am really enjoying this Aromatica moisturizer 

This month I also picked up the Ipsy limited edition "Staycation Mystery Bag"

this month

& I am so happy I did because I am loving it!

Especially the BettyBoop x Ipsy eyeliner- this is SO GOOD, 

I don't usually like felt tip but this goes on so easy and lasts for days if you let it!

Happy to have a back up of the bellapierre lipstick "Incognito" 

because it has become a favorite.

Also the tarte blush in "Party Dress" is a great color!

& the bag itself is super cute!

I was also excited to pick up a couple more of the H&M nail polishes in "Encore"

because this nail polish has become a staple since quarantine, so much so that the bottle is 2/3 empty!

My issue with H&M nail polish is that it ships like this:

WHYYYYYY

But this color is so pretty! 

Another nail polish that I got this month 

& have become completely obsessed with is Essie "Taxi Hopping"

This color is PERFECTION!

& named perfectly, as you can see:

I am also very excited to try the new Supernova collection from Lights Lacquer!

I ordered it the day it came out but it has not yet arrived,

 so you will have to stay tuned for next month's Humble Beauty Opinion for my review! 

Charlie picked up two fun new soaps from Trader Joes 

that I am excited to try!

Got some goodies on my monthly makeup wishlist!

How spectacular is this LiveLovePolish nail polish in Dreamer

I am VERY interested in trying the green & red mascara from Fenty

 as seen on @trendmood1 🔛 Instagram:

I am also intrigued by these Glossier "Skywash" shadows especially in "Lawn" 

but I don't think the color pay off will be worth the price tag... 

not sure I am exactly a Glossier girl...

This month's empties, what I used up, loved, hated  

& all my humble opinions in between:

 

bath: Jo Malone "Geranium & Walmart" body scrub- I love this stuff, smell nice and is a good exfoliator | Dove "Mango"- I love the scent of this soap! | Neutrogena "Body Clear"- this stuff reminds me of being in high school, still works too! | Caress "shea butter & brown sugar" | equate "Makeup Remover" wipes- these are my favorite! | Baby Foot "Exfoliator Fresh Lavender" from Amazon- I got this for my hubby and the results were amazing! Worth a try! | Summer's Eve "Sheer Floral" wipes- this are a must, especially in the summer! | Trader Joe's "Nourish All-In-One" face cleanser- my hubby loves this stuff, it is a great basic face wash | feel renewed "pumpkin walnut facial cleanser"- I got this from Ipsy and enjoyed this exfoliator | Tony Moly "Moisture Boost"- I talked about this last month when I said you know the saying "Less is More" this is definitely "More is Less" you need a lot of this stuff to get it to do anything

beauty: Revlon "Face Defuzzer"- I just got a new set of these but honestly I think the first batch that I had were better than the new ones I bought but they are dull now | Trader Joe's "Coconut Body Butter"- I love this stuff! It has become a staple! | Dove deodorant- I prefer gel formulas but this one was fine | trissola leave in conditioner- I liked this stuff and it smells sweet | Briogeo "Farewell Frizz" - I like this stuff smells nice too | OUAI "Volume Stray"- I love the way this stuff smells! Wish it had a little more hold | Milani "Prep & Smooth Camellia" face oil- I like this stuff but the packaging leaks and is hard to use | Balance Me "Wonder Eye Cream"- I liked this eye cream but nothing to write home about | Purlisse "Radiant Glow Illuminating BB Cream"- I enjoyed this bbcream it has a nice coverage | onekind "Dream Cream"- this is a nighttime moisturizer but I found it a little too thick and scented | Bobby Brown "Remedies" sample- I liked this, felt moisturizing but not too oily | Essie "belugaria" & "peak of chic"- I liked these when I got them but they dried up | OPI "Rose of Light"- I really enjoyed this when I got it but it was always a thicker formula and always dried a little too matte for my liking 

candles: Candle Tin Trio from Trader Joe's with "Strawberry Basil", "Watermelon Mint", and "Pineapple Cilantro"- these are nice but not that scented, doesn't carry | Better Homes & Garden "Warm Rustic Woods"- I get this from Walmart and I love this scent, gotta get more | Trader Joe's "Mango Tangerine"- same with the trio from Trader Joe's, they are nice but the scent does not last and does not carry
