tango Charlie foxtrot

Last month we had our annual Rider Alumni couples date night!
I must admit I was nervous for this event because it involved dancing,
but also sangria.
Charlie said yes, so we went!

It was lots of fun! We "learned" the bachata & the tango!
After we went to the pub on campus to have some crappy beer like old times!

At the pub, you write your name as a graduating senior,
it is so cool to look back in time!

Proudly displayed our flower from learning the tango!

Now time to practice in the kitchen...

Chickens. A lot of Chickens. On Easter Sunday.

Anyone remember when I fell in love with this chicken bag in 2012?

Still love breaking it out in the spring, especially for Easter!

In 2013 apparently chicken bags were all the rage!
Ahead of my time and still going strong.

It is completely perfect (maybe too much so)
with my new handmade chicken dress that I got from shopretroglam on instagram!

What I Wore: glasses- Firmoo, lips- Revlon Just Bitten in  "Rendezvous", necklace- gift from my Nonna, sweater- H&M {thrifted}, dress- shopretroglam on instagram, flats- Target, bag- shop in Lambertville, NJ {2012}

This Easter is a bit different because my parents are in Ireland!
I am so excited for them, my mom has always wanted to go!

That left us at home to our own devices and we went to the Collingwood Flea Market,
lots of cool art!

My sister loved these people with long legs, they are so cool!

We also loved this port window mirror, we went back for it but it was sold =(

So much interesting stuff, but also a lot of crap you have to weed through, like all flea markets
{except the Brooklyn Flea, that is highly curated}

I especially loved this vintage desk from the shop Ritzy's Attic inside the flea,
that shop had so much cute stuff!

The only thing that I took home were these shoes from an outdoor vender for only $1!
The only $1 I had on me!
They are brand new and I love their taupe color!
Came with a free book, haha

Home for some of my Nonna's yellow bread! =)
