the luscious end to my first semester @ FIT!

I can't believe today is my last day 

of my first semester at The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC! 

My last project of this semester was for Advertising and Promotion 

and it was to research and report on a company 

and all of their Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) activities.

My group chose Lush and we got down to business with some market research:

 I was lucky because it was an off time
and I got to talk to a manager and get lots of info.
The employees at Lush are always so helpful and knowledgeable!

Of course I had to take home some goodies!

I got a catalogue and few samples to bring to in for my presentation:

I also got a "Your Mother Should Know" bubble bar
& an intergalactic bath bomb,
the first ones I have ever gotten from Lush!

Both products matched my outfit perfectly!

I love still loving the KL Polish in "Zoey" + Glitter is OPI "Sunrise... Bedtime"

After presenting my Lush project,
I put that bubble bar to use, Arnold supervised:

Another project that I did for my Advertising / Promotion class
was an ad for a GUM tooth brush.
I procrastinated with the idea, mulling concepts around in my head,
and found this:

Time to get to business,
and this is what I created:

I am so happy with how my creative concept came to fruition!

& now it is the end of my first semester and I learned SO MUCH!
From my JC Penney Case Study, the tooth brush ad above,
to a brand extension for Canada Goose winter boots, it's been awesome.

I have finally found my place and I am definitely thriving!

I am so happy and thankful to be on this journey,
I've got a week before summer classes start,
gotta keep going!
