Summer Time Style + Faves for Friday!

Since we live in a house that is 100+ years old, we only have air in select rooms in the house...

I have been melting and wearing as little clothing as possible,

guess that is my summer time style...

What I Wore: glasses- Zenni Optical, lips- J.Cat Beauty Liptitude Hydrating Lip Stain in "Blow Your Mind" via Ipsy, top- thrifted, shorts- Lilly Pulitzer for Target, flats- Crocs {thrifted}

We were lucky enough to be able to check out the brand new {not even really open yet}
Demented Brewing in Middlesex, NJ

My sister Audrey, used to work with the brewer before he moved to Demented Brewing
and we go the hook up to check it out!

My first flight was the 1st four beers on the list,
my favorite was the "Astarte" a Strawberry Cream Ale, so refreshing and delicious.
My second flight I went with the "Cordial Lady" which was all of the "Belladonna" Berliner Weisse with flavors added in a traditional German style, I loved all of those ones!
We will be back when they are "officially" open!

I loved the exposed brick and industrial feel to this brewery,
along with the amazingly intricate murals

I think my chemist sister needs this in her future bar!

Being home with this kitty is so entertaining and he is so damn cute!
Never thought I would be a "cat person", but I am definitely an Arnold person.

He is so cute when he plays with Maggie too,
I call them "the striped friends"

& Maggie loves the garden just like her daddy!

Been hanging out with this bully girl, as she "stands guard"...

This is what I wake up to these mornings:

Barry is confused by the addition of Tupac in the attic...

Apart from all my fur baby favorites,

2. Whistling in the Dark I love how Shannon Fitzgerald interviews in this podcast and the topics she covers
3. Our Style Stories "blogcast" has a soothing sound to it and the creative people she features offer inspiration
