Da Bronx

The day after my cousin's bridal shower, 

we went on an adventure to the Bronx to visit where my mom grew up

at Tolentine!

We got to go inside!

This is the apartment she lived in

Such a beautiful church

The stained glass is breathtaking

Had such a great time exploring with my mom and getting to see all of these places in person

Then we went to Little Italy in the Bronx for lunch at Dominick's
down the road from this Cinquecento

Then we went to the Bronx Beer Hall on Arthur Ave for a beer,
 I had a cider lemonade which was refreshing

We got to go to the Bronx Brewery!
A definite bonus for the Summer 2015 Beer Bucket List!

I liked all the beers we tried, my favorite was the Belgian!

Loved the vintage games they had at the tables too,
we played "Truth or Dare" jenga & it was so funny,
Some were so detailed like this little "Chug a beer" drawing!

Loved the chalkboard bathroom!

So much fun revisiting Da Bronx!
