ladybug, hunting for a new career.

Decided to wear my lady bug dress to an interview,
going into a more creative field,
I decided to dress for the job I want, not the one I have...

What I Wore: glasses- c/o Coastal, lips- Rimmel "Let's Get Naked" {my go to interview lip}, dress- Gap, blazer- Ralph Lauren {thrifted}, heels- Kate Young for Target, bag- 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target

Went for a neutral eye for an interview makeup look:

Celebrated with some Bent Spoon in Princeton
They have basil ice cream!

Oh course I had to get the basil, so DELICIOUS!

Home to have some "Not Your Father's Root Beer"
yes this is beer,
no you can not tell.
It tastes just like root beer!

I mixed it with the Forgotten Boardwalk "Funnel Cake"
for a cream soda taste!

What is your go-to interview outfit?
What is your go-to celebration afterwards?

Please share!

Also updated my Spotify playlist for today's Music Monday!
I love this song called "Here" by Alessia Cara
my sisters put it on in Delaware & I can't stop listening to it!

For my last job (at a bakery/small restaurant) I wore pink chinos, a zebra button-down, and a black v-neck sweater. I felt classy but with personality! For my current job (brew pub cook) I stuck with shorts and loose long sleeved t-shirt. I guess I don't really have to worry about the way I'm dressed for interviews, since I work in a kitchen, but it's fun to show my personality anyway.

I work at Tired Hands in Ardmore, PA! (I know you've been there ;D) I'm at the original location, the brew cafe. I love it!!
