BUZZZZ about: Victoria Beckham x Target

I was so excited this week knowing that Victoria Beckham x Target was going to be released today!
See my first look post + picks HERE!

I love that they grouped it by different collections online:

While waiting late last night for the collection to go live,
I checked out this Fashion Trend Guide blog post that The Key To Chic linked on Twitter.
I love to see the inspiration/connections between designer's high end lines and Target collections!
I set alarms throughout the night instead of doing my usual and staying up all night,
mainly because I was selling at the Trenton Punk Rock Flea today!

Around my 3 AM alarm, I saw that the collection went live and hoped right on!
I did sign in and verify my credit cards ahead of time so I was ready to roll with multiple purchases if I needed to with the way the collections are released item by item sometimes.

Here is what I picked up from the Victoria Beckham x Target collection:

After I worked today, I finally got a chance to check out the collection in day time.
The only item that I kinda want now after seeing this post from Key To Chic,
is this floral sweatshirt, the details ARE amazing,
might check some other stores or wait for returns on this one!

Not sure why it didn't make my original list,
I usually enjoy the embellished sweatshirts from these Target designer collections.

I am so excited for these packages to arrive!
The only thing I am nervous about is that I got the gingham top in size large and I have heard it runs very big, I saw the XL in store and it was definitely a size or two bigger than tag size.
I also got a large in the bee blouse and white poplin gathered waist top.

I also got the girls tops that I was curious about in size XL,
we will see if they fit.
See my first look post HERE with all my original picks!

I do have a feeling there will be returns with this collection, but better safe initially
because some pieces are all sold out on Day 1.
I wasn't sure would happen with this collection, but it seems to be well made and pretty successful!

After the Trenton Punk Rock Flea,
we stopped by our Princeton Target to see what the display looked like
and see how the collection was displayed and stocked.

There was a pretty good amount of stock left around 7PM Sunday,
usually these can be completely wiped out.
The whole collection was together in the juniors department,
including the girls, toddlers and baby lines.

There was still a decent amount of people checking out the collection
when I saw there tonight

Still LOVE this mushroom print from the baby collection,
I wish this print showed up in the Women's line, a shift dress would have awesome!

Some of the collection was a little confusing to shop
because the girls and women's were so similar and mixed up on display.

I thought that this bunny dress would sell out,
but it was fully stocked in both pink and black in my store

Overall the quality looks good, seems to run a little on the large side.
I was disappointed to see that there weren't any plus size pieces in my store,
I was happy that this was the first Target collection that was going to have those pieces available
IN STORE not just online.

We shall see how everything fits when my online order ships!
I am excited to spice up my closet with these fresh pieces!

Check out the whole collection (what is left online, at least) HERE!
Check out Key to Chic's review HERE,
she is a HUGE resource with these collections
and I look forward to her tips and takes on every collection.

While in store, I decided to check out what is new in the Who What Wear x Target collection.

I fell in love with these Eyelet Trim Bell Sleeves Top in black and white:

They are so cute on!
I have been trying to build up some basics in my closet,
I have the other two lacy ones from the Who What Wear x Target fall collection
and they have become a go to in many outfits.

Which you will see this week since I am sharing a week's work of Career Hunting outfits,
more on that tomorrow!

I used the $10 off text coupon to save money on both!

I loved these new Sugarfix Baublebar @ Target "Squash Blossom" necklaces:
White / Silver

Have yet to pick up a piece from the Sugarfix Baublebar @ Target collection,
but I was close with those beauties!

So what did you think?
Did you buzz for the VB x Target collection?

Are you still a fan of the ongoing Who What Wear collection?
I sure am!
