Ramen Pop Up = one of the best dinners ever.

A couple of weeks ago we signed up to go to a special Ramen Pop Up

 at Nomad Pizza in Princeton with Chef Frank Caponi 

I was so excited for this date night! 

What I Wore: glasses- c/o Coastal, lips- Revlon Just Bitten in "Sweetheart", necklace- BaubleBar {gift from hubby}, dress- Lilly Pulitzer, flats- Shoe Bakery {gift from hubby}, bag- Who What Wear x Target

I picked the Ramen "Tots" for my first course and I am so happy I did.
They were one of the strangest/most awesome things I have ever tasted.
So complex and honestly one of those things that I will crave, probably forever.

We both picked the Shibumi Shoyu Ramen for the second course,
very delicious! Such complex flavors!
This was seriously one of the best dinners I have ever had.
Counting down the days and praying that Nomad will hold another ramen dinner...

I picked the Ginger and Green Tea Swirl Bent Spoon soft serve as the third course,
the perfect ending to the perfect dinner!

Dreaming of this dinner for many, many, many (all of) the days to come.
So. Good.
