I am so excited that Oni Ramen House from Chef Frank Caponi
is now open in Pier Village in Long Branch!
We have really enjoyed the Chef Frank Caponi popups at Nomad Pizza in Princeton
{we went in last September and March and both were DELICIOUS!}

That means Ramen Tots whenever I have the craving {which is weekly}
I mean, COME ON with this Mushroom Shoyu!!
We had to go as soon at it opened:
I love the decor,
especially these masks!
It was awesome to watch them put it all together on instagram
& see it in real life,
{although I didn't use the bathroom, and the decor in there looks amazing}
Of course we got the ramen tots,
my family loved them just as much as I do!
Absolute perfection with some Focal Banger from The Alchemist
{some of the last from our haul from our Vermont trip}
Charlie got the Oni Bowl which seems to be a crowd favorite:
I, of course, got the Mushroom Shoyu and it was SO GOOD!
Lots of different mushrooms and tasty broth!
Such a great meal!
We had dessert at Playa Bowl
I had the "Pura Vida" Acai Bowl (SO GOOD)
and my sister Silvia had "Stupid Cupid" with strawberries and nutella (OMG)
Such a perfect day,
looking forward to many more this summer
