I'm not really a WAITRESS

I love Sara Bareilles and I love Jason Mraz,
I saw both of them (at separate times) in college,
so when I heard he was going to be in Waitress on Broadway I wanted to see it even more!
It has been on my wishlist since it opened,
when my friend Holly said she had an extra ticket to go see Waitress
I knew I had to take the opportunity to see it for $50,
even if I have to see it all by myself...
I mean that is the definition of #TreatYoSelf
PS. My mani is OPI "I'm Not Really A Waitress" one of my all time favorites,
I know I know, I am such a fan girl!

Such a great show,
every one was so good!

The Brooks Atkinson Theatre was so nice too,
I loved the ornate feather details on the ceiling:

On the way back to the train I saw these horse cops riding around Times Square!
I did not know this was a thing,
I mean I have seen them in Central Park but not in the actual city!
These horses are HUGE, I stood next to one and I only came up to his knee cap.
It was so awesome to see:

Of course,
I have been non-stop listening to "What's Inside: Songs From Waitress" by Sara Bareilles,
seriously have become addicted.
These are my favorites:
{especially "Bad Idea" & "I Didn't Plan It"}

I also had to get "The Negative" from the Broadway album:

I really wish the song "It Only Takes A Taste" was on the Sara Bareilles' album,
I love it with Jason Mraz!

& I added my faves to my 2017 Spotify Playlist, of course!

& I had to get myself this little pie necklace from the show,
it was too cute!

Had to wear some leopard and vintage leather for a date-night-out-with-myself:

What I Wore: glasses- c/o Lafont, necklace- Waitress the Musical on Broadway, jacket & top- vintage, pants- Anthopologie, boots- Walmart, bag- vintage Dooney & Bourke

My friend Holly from fashion school talked about Waitress,
and she said when she saw it she couldn't stop thinking about the coffee mug
during the whole show, but only got herself the magnet,
I knew I had to get her the coffee mug,
especially since she got me the ticket and made my Waitress dreams come true!

Not going to lie,
I have been singing this soundtrack in my head while working at the Vault
making being a waitress much more pleasant...
