Outfit Repeater & Faves for Friday

I rarely repeat full outfits,
maybe color palettes and details that always go together,
especially in some more "Themed outfits"

Not the case with this triple threat patterned outfit!
Worn in the fall with these shoes but in black...

What I Wore: glasses- c/o Coastal, lips- Rimmel "Let's Get Naked", scarf- DSW, top- JCrew {thrifted}, skirt- thrifted, flats- Target

Some Faves for Friday:

I heard about this Bill Cunningham New York documentary from Grace at Design*Sponge
via her podcast After the Jump,
A few of my notes:
~ The Carnegie Hall apartments were SO COOL, full of eclectic people, I am so sad that they were evicted from this cultural hub
~ I love that when Bill shoots his street style he ignores famous names and says that he is looking for the interesting fashion
~ I love the origin of his infamous blue jacket from a French home improvement store, if I ever go to France, I will be stocking up on some of those!
~ I loved that he is not necessarily interested in celebrities that get free clothes, he said that it is important to see what you decide to buy and wear.
~ Finally, I loved the quote he said during his recognition speech, "He who seeks beauty will find it"

I was completely enamored with the part with Shail Upadhyay
who is a former UN Diplomat from Nepal...
CHECK OUT THOSE PATTERNS!
He is completely amazing, my spirit animal.

Another inspiration that came from listening to After the Jump,
is this amazing eye wall paper called Alexandria from designer Katie Deedy at Grow House Grow

On the same theme as "wall paper",
I loved this picture and DIY that Steffy's Pros and Cons posted on Instagram!

I also was blown away by these bamboo houses that I saw on Elora Hardy's TED Talk

I think this butterfly couch from Anthropologie would be perfect in there!

I love the mixture of this leopard & rose mani from Makeup Slaves on Instagram,
I would like to try this soon!

I am intrigued by the announcement of the next Target designer, Eddie Borgo!
The line will be customizable and have necklaces, handbags, and wall art.
I am very curious of the customizable idea
and am looking forward to seeing more about this collection.
It will range in price from $7.99-$49.99,
available June 12th!

Let's end this Faves list with this Kinder Hippo that one of my students brought me,
delicious & so cute!

TGIF =)
