Sept 21: Grid for picnic!

The perfect time to rock this grid top was to our 1 year married anniversary picnic!
Day 21: Grid
It was a beautiful day in Princeton!

lots of exploration!

What I Wore: glasses- Zenni Optical, lips- Revlon Just Bitten in "Romantic", top- vintage, shorts- vintage Levis {was a pair of jeans that I cut into shorts}, sandals- Birkenstocks {via Poshmark}

Then we took a walk to Princeton campus to check out the art museum!

I always love checking out the Princeton Art Museum, they have amazing pieces and it is FREE!
I love the Picasso piece they have and their door ways that are art themselves!

I loved this poster in the beginning of the gallery:
"Not being stuck in a tenured teaching position"
haha!

and I always love to visit this Marilyn by Andy Warhol =)

We also found the hubby's Roman statue twin...

& found some street art on campus too,
loved this Mario!

We went home to enjoy some crab,

& some year old wedding cake,
{for the record it is gross}

The hubby got these paintings custom made for me as our 1 year wedding anniversary gift!
They are from MsSpanner on etsy- I LOVE HER WORK!
We have it all over the house and I am so excited for these two pieces!
It is our house & our old apartment!

Perfect for our entry way, this room is really coming together!

The final design touch that the entry way needs is a new light fixture,
this little one is too small and the entryway needs some vintage class!

I love this crystal one from We Got Lites,
so pretty and classic looking!

The hallway to go upstairs needs a light fixture too...

I think by adding a chandelier like this Crystal Chandeliers from We Got Lites,
the hallway would be much more inviting and complete
** Thank you We Got Lites for the lighting options!

As always home improvements are slow and steady,
love my new art pieces!
