I knew that Prabal Gurung for Target would be perfect for Day 24: Mirrored!
What I Wore: glasses- c/o Firmoo, lips- Mirabella in "Posy" via ipsy, necklace- gift from students, cardigan- LC Lauren Conrad for Kohls, top & shoes- Prabal Gurung for Target, pants- Gap, bag- vintage Dooney and Bourke
We tried a new restaurant called "Pure" in Princeton for a great happy hour
with amazing lobster dumplings!
& since it is the last Saturday of the month you know what that means!
Humble Beauty Opinion #10!
I am going to start with this super cool care package that Dove sent me!
I love Dove products and was excited to receive some products!
I also picked up some items from Harmon discount beauty supply!
I am loving the Wet & Wild Palette in "Standing my Camp-Ground!" {as worn here}
The "tangle fix" is eh. The elf tone correcting powder was broken when I got it home but it is an alright product I'm still playing with it. I love my new elf brush and can always use more Cover Girl foundation.
I also picked up this Maybelline Hi-Lighting Blush in Coral & I am so happy I finally did- I love the pink one and this one is amazing too!
I am also happy I got this NYC palette in "Best of Broadway" I am loving that olive color!
I have the purple one too in "Union Square" and I love that one too!
Also did a little hauling at CVS!
I am so excited to finally have a smaller makeup bag & this leopard one with perforations is PERFECT!
I can't wait to play with this Milani Bella Eyes "Mandarin" shadow, perfect for top of the crease!
& it is about that time for a new dye job! Going with the Revlon in "Burgundy"
I also picked up the Maybelline Baby Lips in "Cherry Me" I have an orange one and a pink one and I am happy to have this red color for fall, nice easy hydrating color that doesn't need a mirror to put on.
Picked up the red tube Kate Moss for Rimmel lipstick in 109, I am excited to try this matte color and have heard good things!
I also got my first Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in "Candy Apple" everyone raves about these so I am excited to try!
Took my sister, Bianca, shopping for some new makeup from Sephora!
Picked out some super pretty stuff & she is loving it!
I also got to pick up my birthday gift from Sephora!
I am loving the Makeup Forever lipstick in Rouge Artist Intense lipstick #45!
A great color!
I got my first Makeup Geek items too!
I am loving this "Vegas Lights" palette!
Great pigmentation, I am impressed!
I was SO EXCITED to finally get some magnetic tape to set up my Z Palette!
It allowed me to take apart a crappy elf palette,
a Coastal Sense shadow in "Brownstone" and Coastal Sense samples,
& three shadows from a Benefit palette with bulky packaging.
This is such a great way to store random products and give them a nice leopard home to live in!
I LOVE this month's ipsy bag!
I love the bag itself, the Hikari lipstick in "cabernet" & the makeup brush!
The face wash is okay, I prefer exfoliation
I have yet to try the CC cream & I am not a huge fan of the eye liner shade...
I've been wanting the original Naked palette for years now, I have the Naked 3 and was never sure,
I have been really contemplating getting the original palette especially after playing with it in Sephora with my sister,
When I saw emilythriftsforyou on instagram selling hers for $36 I couldn't resist!
SO EXCITED!
I also picked up some limited edition OPI polishes this month:
OPI "Sky's the Limit" from the Mustang collection- ordered mine on Ebay
Needed the mini collection of the OPI Peanuts collection, love those glitters and yellow!
Also via Ebay.
When I saw Hello Kitty's new collection with Sephora released on Sept 19th,
my humble beauty heart fluttered...
Love the mirror & the palette but the prices are a little too high for me =(
Bath Empties: I tried these Garnier Fructis shampoo, conditioner, and leave in treatment from PinchMe, I liked these- my hair felt clean and smelled nice.
I also loved these Thann products that we got from our anniversary mini trip, they smell so nice!
Finished two toothpastes- am I the only one who stocks up and then all of a sudden they are all out?
Also finished this Harmon Face-Values makeup remover- I've had this forever and it has come in handy when I've been playing with different eyeliner, picked up a couple CVS brand ones.
Finished a coconut oil jar- yes I've been trying oil pulling and also use this as a makeup remover.
This Avon Skin So Soft was a gift from a student and I enjoyed the floral scent!
