August Humble Beauty Opinion #69 & Fashion Flashback!

My August Humble Beauty Opinion - my monthly subscriptions, purchases, reviews,
wishlists & empties!

Let's start with Ipsy, as per usual!
Already used up the Sol Janeiro "Coco Cabana Cream"- very sticky (see my empties below)
Already know I love the belif "eye bomb",
have been enjoying the Adesse All Day Lip Cream in "Thames Street"
& the Estate Dew Me Highlighter in "Lit"
Still have to try out the eyeliner and the face mask

I picked the belif eye bomb for this month's bag
& added on the sticky Sol Janeiro "Coco Cabana Cream" for $3
& we got notice this month that Ipsy is about to make some changes...
including increasing the price to $12 a month...
We will see if the products will continue to make Ipsy a worthy monthly investment

Speaking of Ipsy bags,
I got this Real Egging Pack Moisturizing in July's Ipsy bag- loved this stuff,
it was a little weird at first since you have to crack it open, mix it up
but I loved the scent and it left my skin moisturized

I have been loving seeing all the color stories in these new Colourpop palettes
but I have not invested since I have a lot of eyeshadow...
I mainly want a few shades- "Delish" & "Daiquiri"

I think I am becoming OBSESSED with the "Asteria Pressed Pigment"

I also want to try one of these RealTechniques "The New Cleansing Palette" to clean my brushes:

I think beauty related memes are some of the funniest/most relatable memes:

This month's empties, what I used up, loved, hated
& all my humble opinions in between:
bath: Revlon "Deep Burgundy"- one of my favorite hair colors! / Dr. Bronner's "Pure-Castile Bar Soap"- obviously a fave for how often we go through these! / Trader Joe's "Grapefruit"- these candles are so good, especially for the price, although this scent is not my favorite, I prefer the floral scents / Cozy Nights candle from Target- one of my all time favorites! / Real Egging Pack Moisturizing via Ipsy- you already know I love this stuff (see full rave above!) / Green Tea Facial Cleansing Tissue- I got these from the Korean grocery store but I did not like them as much as I thought I would, probably won't repurchase / St. Ives "Acne Control"- this stuff is the best! I have a generic version now but nothing is better than this original / equate "Feminine Wash"- got this one from Walmart and it was fine as far as these kind of products go

beauty: Dove "Advanced care" deodorant- a good basic but I prefer the gel formula / OPI "Nail Envy Strengthener"- this lasted a long time, I am not sure this actually does anything but I did get a new one / White Rain "Volumizing Mousse"- got this from the dollar store and it was a decent mousse, I need to find a good mousse / Trader Joe's "Coconut Body Butter"- you know I love this! I use about one a month! / empty pan- I have been using old highlighters to break into my lotion to give my body a glow this summer and I have been enjoying both using up some products and looking like a sparkly goddess / Sol Janeiro "Coco Cabana Cream" from this month's Ipsy- I love the yellow version "Brazilian Bum Bum Cream" but this Coco one is so much more scented and VERY sticky afterwards- not a fan / Jersey Shore Sun "Mongongo" lip conditioner- I think this was also an oldie from Ipsy and I really grew to love this, sad it is done / Soap & Glory "Pillow Plump"- as you may be able to tell this is not finished but I used it last week and the "slight tingle" is wayyyy too much for me, it is pretty but not worth that, bye bye / Peter Thomas Roth "Skin to Die For"- I loved this primer, such a good one, if you are looking to spend some $$ this one is great! I would consider it but literally have 10 primers to use up! / GlamGlow "Supertoner"- I heard great things about this and I did enjoy it but not sure I loved it, it has a licorice smell FYI / Rimmel foundation bottle- I actually used this product up a while ago but have been using this bottle as a little mixing station to use up other samples and make my own foundation blend, worked for a long time and it is time to say good bye to this bottle! / Tarte "Smooth Operator- got this sample and not sure it does anything special as far as setting powders go / Tarte "Amazonian Clay" foundation- this shade was a little dark but it I liked the coverage and formula, would definably consider purchasing when I am in the market / Wet n Wild "Brรปlรฉe" single shadow- I LOVE THIS, I used it everyday for my brow bone and under my eyes, need a new one ASAP! / Avocado Honey Rich Water Balm Cream- I loved this moisturizer, very rich so I used it as a night treatment / answer from "Luminous Collagen Eye Cream"- got this from Ipsy and I loved it, a nice basic eye cream (not sure they do anything but whatever) / Essence "Pure Nude" highlighter in "Be My Highlight"- I depotted this into a Z Palette and use it everyday as a setting powder to blend everything together in the end, I love it! With a more dense brush it is a pretty cheek highlight too / Physicians Formula "Natural Eyelight"- also depotted this I wish Physicians Formula would bring this back (with much slimmer packaging, this is ridiculous) It is so pretty on the inner corners and on the top of the cheeks / Buxom mascara- I barely used this mascara because it hardly did anything, hardly any lengthening or definition, definitely not my kind of mascara / 10/10 Optics Lens Cleaner- can't believe I finally used one of these up! I have been trying to clean my glasses more often and it shows!

It is also the last day of the month so it is "Fashion Flashback"
Recapping all the outfits from the month!
