The (dark) magic of shorts.

This tweet from @fashionpolisa is wayyy too accurate, 

why/how do shorts do that?!

These Anthropologie scalloped shorts are some of my favorites 

but they definitely do that dark magic when I wear them...

 What I Wore: glasses- EyeBuyDirect, lips- Real Her Sorry Not Sorry "Rose Pink" via Ipsy, earrings- Julie Vos "Penelope Stud Small", necklace- Julie Vos "Bee Delicate", top- Walmart, shorts- Anothropologie, shoes- Walmart

Given the ability of my body to essentially swallow shorts or let them droop to my knees, 

I decided new shorts were in order. 

I can't even remember the last time I went shopping for a specific category 

& not just picking up pieces here or there.

Guess Old Navy knew I was coming because on the drive to the mall 

I got an email with a one day  sale for shorts... 

yes, they are listening. 

Either way I picked up a new pair of gingham pants 

after my Victoria Beckham x Target pair died tragically.

I love the fit of the Old Navy Pixi Pants!
