be part of the art @ Grounds for Sculpture!

So excited that we got to check out "Impulse" Light-Up Seesaws at Grounds for Sculpture
during the last weekend it was up and running

It looked so awesome!

Pulled on some LuLaRoe leggings for this adventure

 What I Wore: glasses- Faniel via 10/10 Optics, lips- Milani Moisture Lock Coconut Oil Infused Lip Treatment in "Peach Mango", top- Target, leggings- LuLaRoe via Leave the Woe Facebook Group {these were only $7.50!}, flats- Target, bag- vintage Coach {thrifted}

I don't think we have ever technically been to Grounds for Sculpture,
we ate at Rat's Restaurant years ago for some great birthday dinners,
but never explored the whole property

I really wanted to recreate this with my hubby,
but for some reason he decided to look incredibly creepy.
WTF

Grounds for Sculpture has these realistic people sculptures around the property,
some are so creepy and all of them make you do a double take,
like these guys:

We made it just in time because it started to drizzle right after we got to play on the seesaws

It was fun that some of the seesaws can fit up to 4 people

My favorite part of this exhibit was that the seesaws make music when you use them.
Definitely made you feel like you were part of the art!

This was so fun!

We checked out the rest of the exhibits while it was drizzling,
it was a nice warm summer night

This pond had SO MANY chatty frogs!
When we actually got to see one these were like the size of a quarter,
so tiny for this amount of noise:

Loved this piece that made me feel like a peacock.
btw that is the other awesome thing about Grounds for Sculpture,
there are peacocks walking around!
We even saw an albino one!

This Edvard Munch "The Scream" exhibit was my favorite,
it is 3D on the outside and when you walk into the building it is concave,
I loved it

Checked out the seesaws one last time before we headed out

I love that the painter in the front is painting the Picasso cafe

Totally worth a visit, with or without the seesaws,
Grounds for Sculpture was amazing, can't wait to go again!

Definitely going to check it out in fall!
