Spread Love It's The Brooklyn Way: Day 1!

As mentioned last week on my instagram & in my Shopping Cart Saturday post

We've never been to Brooklyn- although I absolutly love NYC,
earlier in the summer I went to the Bronx to explore with my mom and sister,
and I made finally going to Brooklyn as part of the Summer 2015 Bucket List
had to check out the "ultimate hipster" neighborhood, Brooklyn!

We also stayed in our first Airbnb!
{more on the room tomorrow, but let's just say I cried when we had to leave...}

Our front door...

What I Wore: glasses- Kensie, lips- NARS "Cruella" {Sephora birthday gift!}, necklace- Kate Spade {gift from sister}, earrings- BaubleBar, ring- Myriad Mirage Jewelry, top- yard sale, skirt- 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target, loafers- Target, bag- Rebecca Minkoff

Our first stop was Brooklyn Brewery {naturally}
There was quite a long line, but I think it was worth it!

We got to try a lot of their beers,
we were sad that the cask was out though,
& for an extra token we got to have a glass to take home!
We thought it was a good deal & got a set!

My favorite beers:
Red Sumac & Sorachi Ace

I loved this display of vintage glasses in the walls!

Like mentioned you have to buy beer tokens and redeem them at the bar for beers,
we ended up having some left, so we had to go back on Sunday

We went to Torst for lunch (+ more beer)
Such a cool spot!

Great beers!
{Also it is important to note that this is the "unofficial" tasting room for Evil Twin Brewing-
wish I knew that earlier but I guess it counts?}

& sweet glasses {we also bought a set of these!}

Charlie loves Seinfeld these days & I made him pose with this wall art...

We went to the famous Roberta's Pizza
{right down the road from our Airbnb}

I have heard about this place for years,
lets just say-- it is WORTH THE HYPE.
I want it as I write this
We had the margarita:

& the "family jewels":

We decided to take a walk around the block while we were waiting for our table at our next stop:

Next stop: MoMo Sushi Shack

We had the "Party Bombs" which were delicious!

We walked around town & had a drink at 983 Buchwick's Living Room

& returned back to our room to take advantage of the roof top view!

Time to sleep & prepare for tomorrow's adventure to the Brooklyn Flea!
