Cinco de Mayo & our anniversary =) 

We have been engaged for a whole year! 

Crazy how time flies {when you are having fun} haha

I have started to tell you all how we met here. But I wanted to share our weird love story in full:

I first met Charlie in our Animal Biology class our Sophomore year at Rider University {normally you take this class as a Freshman but I suck at Math & Charlie was a transfer-- either way-- we ended up in this class together.} 

I sat in the back and he sat in the front row. I thought he was the cutest thing but I never had the guts to talk to him. Seriously at the mention of his name or when he spoke in class I turned bright red. It was embarrassing especially because all of my friends I sat with in the back of the room knew and teased me all the time. 


But I proceeded to stalk his life. Our teacher sent out a list of everyone going on this trip- I had no intention of going- his name was on the list-- I decided to go-- got their early saved a seat next to me on the bus & what happened... he didn't show. But I kept going...

I also had Lab with Charlie and prayed every week that we would be put in the same group. Never happened. But it was in that lab class that we spoke for the first time. 

Me- "I like your hair cut"

Him- "Thanks" (smile)

He then proceeded to stare at me the whole class. Creepy, but he is a cutie. 

Next was the "moment of truth": Our teacher asked for volunteers to demonstrate something in front of the class. Me being the smart ass that I am raised my hand and got selected. I apparently needed a partner. The teacher picked Charlie Mr. I Sit In The Front Row. 

I turned bright red. I am talking almost bleeding from the face, red. & my friends are laughing hysterically in the back of the room at my situation.

What did we have to demonstrate, you ask?

FROG SEX

Yes, frog sex. I had to lay my eggs and he had to fertilize them. Terrifying experience. 

Well after we already "mated", I got his number from another girl in the glass and proceeded to text him-- figuring that having frog sex was enough of an ice breaker. 

It has been almost 4 years since we had frog sex & 1 year since we got engaged.

I love him with my whole heart & I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him.

Bottom line- Have FROG SEX, it pays off. You get a husband out of the deal.
