1st day of school options! Inspired by Chictopia! & CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

Okay, time to take a Back to School #selfie
or in my case #cell-fie
I find first day of school outfits terrifying,
in a new school I am ever more anxious!
The Chictopia YouTube Channel offered lots of inspiration to ease my stress
in their video 4 Stylish Back to School Outfits with H&M - Fall 2014 Lookbook!
Here are a few of my outfit ideas for this crucial moment!
{Friday will be a "What's in my Teaching Bag!"}
My first option is what I like to call "Transitional Tropical":

What I Wore: glasses- BonLook, lips- Maybelline Color Whisper in "Rose of Attraction", top & shoes- The Webster for Target, pants- Target

My second option is a little more girly and what I think of as a "Traditional Teacher":

What I Wore: glasses- Rivet & Sway, lips- Revlon Just Bitten in "Sweetheart", top- Gap, cardigan- vintage via GetNoticed on Etsy, skirt- vintage, flats- Forever 21

Option 3 is a textured look that is both plain yet unexpected, I call it "Textured Teacher":

What I Wore: top & necklace- Anthropologie, pants- Talbots, flats- Chiara Ferragni

Also since September is such a transitional month to begin with {especially in a new school/new job}
I am taking part in a Style Challenge with Taylor a Daly on instagram!
A new pattern every day!
I will be posting a link up form daily at the end of my outfit posts
 if you want to join in on the challenge!
Let's do this!

I like the first look! It shows that you're fun but serious (and for the first day of school, that's a great impression to make!). I also think it fits you the best! The students may not take you seriously in outfit number 2 (better to save it for a day once they know you a bit!), and I'm just not a fan of outfit number 3, but that's just me!
