I did get this Madewell tank to rock at the beach on Saint Thomas
but it was perfect for a very productive thrifting adventure!
What I Wore: glasses- Kensie, top- Madewell, lips- MAC "Chatterbox", necklace- Baublebar, shorts- Old Navy, flats- Forever 21, bag- vintage Coach
We ran to the Rescue Mission in Trenton, but they were closing so we didn't get a chance to look around, which was disappointing and made me ask the hubby to take a trip to our local GoodWill,
As soon as we walked in I fell in love with this piece,
We have been looking for the perfect armour for the guest room and I knew this was it!
Apparently it is half off furniture at the GoodWill on Fridays & this piece was only $20!
I have always loved vintage lockers & when I saw these with the reflectors I knew they needed to come home too! It was half off as well so it was only like $8!
I have also been contemplating getting a filing cabinet for my makeup desk in the attic,
& this one was the perfect size, love the distressed look & it was only $4!
In between taking our treasures home in multiple trips with our little cars,
we stopped at Captain Paul's Firehouse Dogs, a restaurant that I have wanted to try for years!
It was so decorated on the inside it was overwhelming!
But, not going to lie, the main reason why I wanted to go into Princeton was to check out Urban Outfitters since I work for Anthro and it was appreciation week!
I fell in love with this gold foot table $25, a candle that was like $2 and smells amazing, and a green polish that is so fun and was only 50 cents!
{I love furniture with feet... one day I will have a feety tub!}
Everything is coming together in the guest room!
Love our new pieces!
Especially love how it is coming together with the pieces we already own!
I told you I love furniture with feet, these bed side tables were another thrift score that I adore!
Now what became of those lockers?!
They are my new shop storage for my Etsy store InTheLeopardCloset!
Before this perfect piece was found, I was using a garment rack from Target that had seen better days
and was resembling the leaning tower of Pisa:
Now I can close the doors or display the clothes!
I LOVE the new set up!
With these perfect thrift finds, this is becoming my favorite nook of the house!
