Went out to a late lunch/early dinner at a new Polish restaurant in town, Maximus
Charlie started with the Herring in Old Polish Style,
he liked it but would try it prepared differently next time
I had the Pierogies with potatoes and cheese, they were okay,
a little oily and needed salt
We finished with Apple Pie and Ice Cream and it was good!
We will probably go again,
Charlie enjoyed the Goulash Soup and I want to try the Patè next time
because we got a little taste of it and it was delicious.
