One of my last hurrahs in NYC was a dinner date with my bestie Olivia at Planta Queen!

Everyone talks about this vegan restaurant and their "sushi"

We started with the Unagi Eggplant Nigiri 

& a Spicy Tuna Roll {made with ahi watermelon!}

IDK how they do it but it was suspiciously similar to real spicy tuna

Had to try the Ahi Watermelon Nigiri after seeing another table with it

We also had the Bang Bang Broccoli, Bao Sliders, Sweet Corn Dumplings

& left SO FULL

Happy I got to check this place out before Maternity Leave!
