Perfect for a dinner date with an adventurous meal!
We got invited to a mushroom cooking adventure by our former professor & friends!
We were going to make this:
thin slices of mushroom basked in butter with a yellow tomato sauce with fresh sage

Takes a day to prep {i.e. slice and butter} and let it sit while being weighted down:
Which creates this mushroom loaf, which is then sliced and fried:
Plated with the yellow tomato sage cold sauce
Could have used a little salt but it was delicious!
That cooking adventure lead us to check out a new asian grocery store "H-Mart" in PA
It was so clean and we found all the things we were looking for!
The hubby's new favorite place!
Can't wait for the next cooking adventure!
