faves for friday: my new ride

So it is official, 

I got a new car! 

A new 2012 red VW Beetle to be exact! 

My 3rd beetle {1st= yellow, 2nd= dark grey, 3= RED!}

That is clearly my favorite thing this Friday, 

along with planning a trip to NYC tomorrow for Rebecca Minkoff's sample sale!!

So happy it is the weekend, this week nearly killed me.

My first year of teaching is off to a great start, well my kids take their first test on Thursday so hopefully this sentiment is shared and reflected in the grades...

Contrary to popular belief teachers are not always done by 3:00. 

This week {/ school year} is full of late nights so expect some darker pictures/oldies & goodies...
