My word for 2024 is “CONQUER”

 📋I can’t help my self I am a goal settin’ gal. 

These are my biz goals for 2024! ⤵️

I don’t necessarily do a resolutions list but I LOVE an anti-resolutions list of things you’ve completed over the last year! Here is my (mini) list:

☑️ First full year in business

☑️ Made more money working for myself than I did commuting into NYC

☑️ Was able to stay home and raise my son (didn’t have to pay for daycare!)

☑️ Attended the first ever Permanent Jewelry Expo in Las Vegas

☑️ Took a metalsmith class @ Propagate Studio 

(and am taking more this month- so excited)

My word of the year for 2023 was “REINVESTMENT”

I took my profits and built up my company. 

I wanted my table/displays to look the way I envisioned 

(thanks @timberandtidedesigns for bringing my vision to life!). 

I wanted my assortment to speak for itself and now I have over 120 chain options! 

I wanted marketing materials that were cohesive and still fun (obsessed with my stickers!) 

I wanted to offer customers a great experience that is backed up by great product 

and customer service. 

My word for 2024 is “CONQUER”
