About a week ago I finally got an appointment at the TopCôte nail salon in Lawrenceville, NJ,

I have been coveting an appointment here ever since seeing Meg from Out of Step's nails

 at my Off The Chain Studios December Popup!

So excited that I got to get in before my February popups!

I am obsessed, makes me happy every time I see them.

We lasted 2.5 years unscathed.

I commuted through the heart of the pandemic, 

even when my immune system was down being pregnant, 

but it got us at the end of September

We were all illin' for like a week

Not fun to have a sick baby.

maternity leave mauve

Today is my first official day of Maternity Leave, 

I am fortunate enough to get 12 weeks (not all fully paid- some through FMLA)

& it starts today!

Currently just waiting on baby Charlie to make his arrival, 

ONE WEEK UNTIL HIS DUE DATE!

If he is anything like me, he will be late, 

If he is like his dad, he will be early to the party...

only time will tell
