The perfect Thirsty Thursday to share our new (to us) bar cart!
This Instagram post from bustle is too true, I am currently living in this in-between:
We spotted this bar cart that clearly needed some love on a Facebook group:
I drove and picked it up and told Charlie that it definitely needed some major love,
it was a lot more rusty than it looked online,
he wasn't concerned and got to work right away sanding it and priming it!
We went with "Champagne Mist" from Rust-oleum for an antique finish
I love how it came out!
I loved our old bar cart:
But an upgrade was nice,
The old one moved to the basement to be used for Charlie's brewing supplies
I have to consult my Bar Cart Essentials post from Oct 2015
for some inspiration to style our new cart!
Thinking about styling with copper / mixed metal / glass decanter / marble / and trays.
