Carbon Copy

Had quite a weekend adventure and crossed off lots of things on my wishlist!

First stop: One Up One Down Coffee in Trenton

I've been wanting to try this coffee shop for years now,

they were named the best coffee shops in NJ by Food & Wine 

& now I know why!

I had the Maple Latte & it was delicious! 

Then we headed to Philly for a day out & about!

We headed to Chinatown!

We went to ShangHai1 for lunch, 

such a cute little spot with great food and service!

Baby's first time in a restaurant highchair!

We had the Shanghai Steamed Pork Dumplings, they were very good:

I had the Seafood Noodle Soup which was also delicious!

Our final stop, Carbon Copy in West Philly!

I've wanted to check out this brewery ever since my friend Sheena posted about it

Spotted this window kitty at Talking Headz Salon:

So excited to finally visit Carbon Copy:

So many things I wanted to try on this menu!

Started with Coy, also had Gully and Tender and loved all of them!

We started with the beets & burrata, honesty the first bite of this dish I fell in love, 

one of the best things I've eaten

We also had the Mushroom pizza and it was delicious, 

so many flavors

We also had the Cab Franc and Riesling winds that are fermented with native yeast, 

these were AMAZING, right up my ally!
