Like a sushi date with a friend!

It was so nice to meet up with Holly after a long week at work! 

We met up at our old stomping grounds at FIT!

We had dinner at one of our old lunch spots Kobeyaki,

I had the sashimi roll (as per usual!)

She bought me a mystery Hello Kitty 

& we were both so excited to see which "Career" my Hello Kitty would have.

She ended up being a magician!

 She is perfect!

After some sushi we walked around a little bit

& got some drinks at The Smith,

I got the "Some Like It Hot" and it was spicy and good!

A much needed friend date!

most comfortable in leopard print.

Whenever I get overwhelmed I find myself layering on leopard print, 

it is how I get back to myself and feel the most comfortable.

I felt inspired and intrigued by this drawing I found on Pinterest, 

I love writing this blog and am thankful for the creative outlet and opportunities it has created for me but there is something about the weight of this leopard on her back that reminds me of times when my blog feels a little overwhelming or stressful. 

Some people have a monkey on their back, I definitely have a leopard.

Most of the time we are friends but sometimes she gets heavy on my shoulders.

Life is too short, buy the shoes :: Sunday Shopping

I took home these TOD'S from work at A Second Chance about a month ago 

& I LOVE them and they were a total score!

But it seems like every time I go to wear them it is pouring outside 😓

I mean who doesn't need a pair of polka dot loafers?!

What I Wore: glasses- Faniel, lips- Neutrogena "Radiant Rose", top- Madewell, cardigan- Missoni for Target, pants- Walmart, loafers- TOD'S via A Second Chance

& I did a little more Sunday Shopping that I need to share!

 I picked up this Gap bow belt from bowsandsequins on Poshmark using a $10 credit that I had from someone using my invite code!

& I finally got myself a Monet phone loop + mini wallet, 

I have wanted one since I saw them on WhoaWaitWalmart on Instagram 

but none of my Walmart stores had them so I ordered one on Amazon 

and it makes my life so much easier when I'm commuting!

I also got this cardigan from Amazon 

but it says that it will be here from Dec 10 - Jan 2... 

SO LONG.

I thought I was going to wear it like late fall but apparently not.
