Last Saturday of the month = my April Humble Beauty Opinion!
My monthly subscriptions, purchases, reviews, wishlists & empties!
As per usual lets start with my monthly subscription to Ipsy!
I have yet to use these products because my bag just arrived,
but I am excited to try each & every product in this month's bag!
This month I picked the Anastasia "Mini Eye Primer"
and am waiting to use up my Milani eye primer.
I also picked up a couple duos this month:
LOVE the Alterna Caviar products and the Verb hair mask is nice too.
& with all this hand washing I cannot get enough hand cream
I really liked that this month Ipsy broke down the values
of the products in this month's glam bag,
interesting to see what products give you more bang for your buck:
Other goodies I picked up this month from CVS, a couple essentials
and I was so excited to get the Aztec Secret "Indian Healing Clay" face mask,
I used this with apple cider vinegar and I really enjoy it.
It is intense!
Got some goodies on my monthly makeup wishlist!
I love the packaging and colors in this Milani Gilded Getaway palette,

I really wanted to try this Maison Margiela 'Replica' Discovery Set but it was sold out!
I was also excited to see that Lights Lacquer released a full size set of their "Book of Spells"
with the Nourishing Elixir & Magic Strengthener,
I have both in the little sizes from the Holiday trios and really enjoy them,
especially the Elixir, I find myself reaching for it a lot,
I love the way it looks on my nails
As always, I enjoy the horoscopes that Lights Lacquer
share for new drops, here is mine:
although she didn't use the Lights Lacquer "Nourishing Elixir" in this mani
but I feel like you could get a similar look using it:
I would love to try one of their creme polishes:
I also want to try this NYX Cosmetics "this is milky gloss" in "Fo-Moo"

This month's empties, what I used up, loved, hated
& all my humble opinions in between:
candles + bath: "Cozy Nights" candle from Target- my favorite! | Revlon "Deep Burgundy"- my go to hair dye | Dr. Bronner's "Pure-Castile Bar Soap" in Peppermint- these are our faves! Can be a little drying but I enjoy this soap! | Caolion "Blackhead O2 Bubble Pore Pack"- I love this stuff, I think it might actually work, clears black heads | Elizabeth Mott "Vitamin C Face Scrub"- I really enjoyed this! It smells nice and has a nice scrub
beauty: Tory Burch "love relentlessly" body lotion- I liked this lotion, smells nice but is not very hydrating | "Tell me your wish cute" hand lotion- I enjoyed this hand lotion, especially the herbal smell | Tula "pH resurfacing gel"- I didn't really enjoy this, I didn't fell like it did anything | Lights Lacquer "So Over It" top coat- I liked this and was so excited to try it but it is not my favorite, I prefer the quick dry Seche Vite | Alterna Caviar "leave in conditioner"- love these products and they smell so good! | Vichy "Aqualia Thermal Serum"- a little bit of this goes a long way and there was quite a lot in this sample but I did not enjoy how scented this product was | Bobbi Brown "Remedies"- I liked this but I don't think it does anything 🤷🏻♀️|Bobbi Brown "Vitamin Enriched Face Base Priming Moisturizer"- I liked this, very moisturizing | Youth to the People "Maqui + Acai Prickly Pear Goji"- I liked this but it didn't last very long | GlamGlow "Starpotion"- I was a little taken aback by the fact that this is black but I liked it, it felt hydrating | Trader Joe's "Coconut Body Butter"- I love this! Always a favorite! | Trader Joe's "Grapefruit Body Butter"- I HATED this, it smelled okay at first but then was kind of sour smelling after a while, also it was to thick I could not spread it on my body, took too much work! | Sally Hansen "Cuticle Massage Cream"- I love this stuff, had to repurchase! Great for really dry days when your cuticles need some TLC | Giorgio Armani "luminous silk" foundation in shade 55- I have heard so many good things about this and I did enjoy it but not sure the shade was right | Maybelline Age Rewind in "Brightener"- this is my favorite for my under eye, so brightening! | hey Honey Trick and Treat "Light To Medium Tone"- I like this CC2 foundation but this was way too dark! Oh well still used it up!
This is how I am feeling these days,
especially while I am applying skin care that I am not sure does a damn thing...
