September Humble Beauty Opinion #70!

Last Saturday of the month = Humble Beauty Opinion 🔛 the blog!
My monthly purchases, subscriptions, reviews, wish lists & empties!

As per usual, lets start with my monthly subscription to Ipsy!
This month's bag was a pretty damn good one!
The bag design it self was okay, I do love the gem zipper pull detail,
I needed a new eye cream so I was happy to see one in this month's bag,
I love The Beauty Crop eyeshadow in "Halo" + I redeemed some points for The Beauty Crop highlighter in "Casablanca" and I am SO HAPPY I did, it is a beautiful green duo chrome!
I have so many eyeliners that this one from Kaleido is not exciting,
I picked the Ofra gloss in "Sugarcup" for this month's bag and I love it!
I am excited to try the Smashbox foundation too but just haven't yet

LOVE LOVE LOVE The Beauty Crop highlighter in "Casablanca"

I have also been loving the Ipsy choice feature every month!

September is usually one of my favorite months, for a lot of reasons,
but mainly because it is my birthday month!
Which also means picking up my birthday gifts from Sephora + Ulta

I guess you know you're getting old when you select the skin care option from Sephora,
I have been really enjoying these birthday gifts from Drunk Elephant,
although the cleanser has the weirdest packaging where you don't have to take off the lid it has like a hole it comes through when you twist the cap... hope it doesn't leak but interesting concept.

I was also so excited to see that Sephora had an offer for the
I have wanted to try this stuff since @BrandiLukas talked about it on her Instagram Story

I got another Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray
but decided to get it in the "Dream Team Complexion Duo" for like $2 more
+ a makeup sponge!
With that one purchase look at all the good stuff I got with it!

So many goodies!
Used up a lot of my points, 500 for the Caviar hair products but I love them (especially the scent!)  Totally worth it!

I have yet to pick up my Ulta birthday gift,
it is on the agenda for this weekend
so you are correct Ulta, life did get busy...

Another exciting beauty update this month was new la prairie foundations & powder,
all gifts from my Aunt!
Fellin' so fancy!

I do have some stuff on my monthly wishlist,
all from Colourpop... I mean they keep dropping these eyeshadow palettes
and they are SO PRETTY!

Like "The Truly Madly Deeply" palette, as seen on @trendmood1 🔛 Instagram:
{an Ulta exclusive}

I am very surprised with myself that I did not immediately pick up the new
I love all the Kathleen palette collabs and this one is so BIG and beautiful!
Still pretty high on my wishlist...

This month's empties, what I used up, loved, hated
& all my humble opinions in between:
bath: Revlon "Intense Red" Colorsilk hair dye- I love this formula, this color is good for a brighter red but I think burgundy is my fave / Dr. Bronner's "All-One Hemp Peppermint Pure-Castile Bar Soap"- this is a favorite in my house! We get it at Trader Joe's / Summer's Eve- these wipes are perfect for a quick little refresh but I think this packaging dries them out / Trader Joe's Nourish "All-In-One Facial Cleanser"- my hubby loves this stuff, it is okay, a little too gentle for me / Amika "Perk Up Dry Shampoo"- I like this dry shampoo and these little travel ones are so cute / Purlisse Watermelon Peel- I got this from an Ipsy and loved it! Perfect exfoliation and my skin felt clean and tightened after this mask

beauty: Ipsy bag- I used this for my daily lipstick treasure trove in my handbag and it recently broke after putting too much stuff in it =( it was well loved! / Murad "Age Reform" Perfecting Shield- I loved this as a primer and it made my skin look smooth but it did have a weird peppermint smell/feel, very faint but still there / Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray- I swear by this stuff and have been using it for like 6+ years / Sephora "Lashcraft" mascara- I was surprised by how much I loved this mascara, it is a great formula and left my lashes thick and long! / Neutrogena "Hydro Boost"- I got sent this from an Influenster campaign a long time ago and finally used it all up! I like it but not sure it was that hydrating, not sure I love gel formulas / pan from la prairie Skin Caviar set- the top of these foundations are little compacts with concealer and I used up the brightening one! Easily popped it out and put in a new one! Love the packaging on these / Moroccanoil Hair Treatment- I love this stuff, a little goes a long way but it is nice and leaves your hair smooth / Summer's Eve- I love these little wipes, perfect for travel, these stay better than the pack does but so much more packaging / Phenomenal "Organic Tan Infused Cloth"- I got these from my Allure Beauty Box and finally decided to try them... well, they were PATCHY, I think I used them correctly and the color of the tan was nice but they did not go on evenly / Caudalie "Vinosource" x2 samples- I liked the way this moisturizer smells, it is familiar but I can't put my finger on it & the rip packet had a surprising amount of product

You know I have to share some beauty related memes that had me giggling
until my mascara was running
(JK I got that UD Setting Spray)

I feel personally attacked by this one:
