Sunday Shopping

I went to a local Green Street Consignment,
usually I don't like to "thrifting" in a consignment shop setting because it is too expensive for used clothing,
I went to the sale section & kept telling myself
"No purchase unless it is something you can't live without"
Then I found this Lilly Pulitzer lady bug heart sweater- too perfect for Valentines season next year
{& for only $10!!}
This blazer is sparkly, gorgeous, & has this tinsel that makes it AMAZING for the holiday season,
I will be matching the Christmas tree!

I also went shoe shopping with my mom & sister to do a little styling for some summer sandals at a local MJM Designer Shoes {like a DSW},
I wasn't going to get anything but then I found these Betsey Johnson leopard d'orsay flats in the clearance section, for $16!

At the turn of the month, I did a little damage at Anthropologie...
The scalloped cami is perfect under other blouses or on their own,
Crochet shorts for those short dresses that need a little extra layer

Cartography Buttondown is too awesome to pass up!

A similar style to this one from shopsosie that was in my cart before I saw the road map blouse at work!

This ring from shopgossamerthreads on instagram is so weird/awesome!
I am happy it arrived in time for me to rock all weekend!
I also discovered Vinted through a couple of my students & they sent me $15 to spend,
I love these floral beauties- they will be joining my collection!

Before I stopped working at Anthro I made sure to buy those scalloped camis in every color that they came in. I haven't had the guts to wear them on their own (or rather, don't have the proper bra...) but they are absolutely perfect under blouses or even peeking out from beneath cropped tops! One of my favorite purchases of the year from there.

They are just so classic! I am hoping to wear them on their own for vacation but mainly bought them as a layering piece for blouses. It is so hard to work at Anthro and make any money- just like you warned =( working on it though!

Seriously. I just went in there and bought a bunch of sale home stuff because of the extra 20% off... can't stay away!
