Today is my first day back to work since mid May.

So many mixed emotions.

Not sure I am willing or able to talk or write about it fully yet...

I mean leaving this was almost impossible

although I will say my inventory baby was well taken care of in my absence

I know I am extremely lucky that I got any paid time off to be with my baby 

but that should be the RULE not the exception, 

& just a little FYI on paid family leave:
