humble beauty opinion #6

I was debating on naming this post "Battle of the Palettes" because I have apparently been stocking up on eyeshadow makeup palettes lately
My two favorites & fancy pallets are the "Naked3" Urban Decay palette & the balm "Nude 'tude"
I LOVE these!
especially loving "Sexy" & "Silly" from the "Nude 'tude"palette,
as a side note I am not a huge fan on the brush it comes with though,
it is very stiff good for packing on color- definitely not for blending

I did want to point out that I have really been enjoying the pink shimmery shadow "Standoffish" from the balm palette which is similar to the Naked3 "dust" but I think it is a much better shadow without the fall out that occurs with dust

Another palette that was an impulse buy after watching Emily on beauty broadcast is the
Too Faced "Romantic Eye" palette.

The colors are so pretty,
I especially love the green in "Honeymoon" {pretty much the reason why I bought the palette}
& the "Soulmates" for an all over glitter blending color.
Too Faced has so many pretty palettes out right now,
I am looking at the A La Mode & Pardon My French Set {SO PRETTY!}

I also picked up this super compact Too Faced Candy Bar Palette & Phone Case,
it is perfect for traveling and I like the colors of the shadows- especially the middle shimmery brown & the top shimmery purple, it also has some bronzer and blushes!

I don't need the iPhone 5 case it came with so if you want it I listed it for sale in my Poshmark closet for only $10!

I did a little haul in Ulta but I have to tell you, my Ulta in Princeton, NJ is DISGUSTING.
Everything is everywhere most of the shelves are disorganized full of swatches and not well stocked.
I was very disappointed.

I also got this Stila "Not so Nude" palette from Ulta,
pretty much because I wanted to try "Kitten" which a lot of people talk about,
I LOVE IT! I have used it almost everyday!

love this OPI gold polish with red flex called "DS Classic",
it is perfect for summer & I will be rocking this a lot!

I also got this NYX eye shadow stick in "Enchanting Jade" to wear under the green "Honeymoon" from the Too Faced Romantic Eye palette

I repurchased the Urban Decay "all nighter" setting spray & I bought it in the "Start Getting Naked" kit which came with this little kabuki for only $10 {this size spray is $12 usually}!
With the foundation it was $40 but that was not in my budget, but this is a deal for the spray
+ a bonus brush! = #makeuphack

On the drug store end, I am loving this Wet & Wild palette in Comfort Zone,
especially the top tan browbone color & the bottom blue/green color that looks kind of like gasoline is AMAZING! It translates into a brownish color that is so pretty on!

I have also been searching for the Wet & Wild single shadows and I finally found them at Five Below,
I picked up "Nutty" & "Brûlée"- still looking for the copper color
 & going to get the $1 shadows from Sally's Beauty Supply soon!
I also have been loving these blushes!
Especially the City Color Matte Blush in "Fresh Melon" that I got in my Feb ipsy bag!
I also have been enjoying the Milani Illuminating Face Powder in "03 Beauty's Touch"
& Maybelline's Dream Bouncy blush in "Hot Tamale"- this is a very weird product, a little hard to work with, but I think it will be nice in the summer

I also have been loving this NYX HD Studio Photogenic Finishing Powder in SFP01,
it really does leave a matte flawless finish!

Something that has made a huge difference in my makeup routine has been this Maybelline Instant Age Rewind concealer in "Light Pale",
this will be a staple in my makeup from now on! Really does make a difference!
I have also been loving the Maybelline Color Tattoo in "Bad To The Bronze" it is a great base for all my nude/natural eye looks!

Two lip products that I have been wearing: Maybelline Baby Lips in the pink color {no name on tube}
& Color Whisper in "Rose of Attraction"
both are great light pink colors that are worry free!

Also got my May ipsy bag which was just okay in my opinion,
but they did give me 1000 extra points towards their rewards because the nail polish is almost exactly the same color that we got in January so I am excited to redeem my rewards for something extra!

I also tried a new website called pinchme,
where you can get free samples to review on specific Tuesdays during the month

In my first pinchme:

I really enjoyed the Shaklee 180 bar!

I also just ordered my 2nd pinchme with dog bones, hair care & another Sinful Colors polish- this time in Clementine!

So much great stuff that I have been loving this month for my humble beauty opinion,
next month will be new purchases & also my go to staple products
that I have been using since I was a teen!
Happy Weekend!
